Windows 10: idle ,it consume always 20% of cpu , why?

i have w10 pro 64bit with 32gb , ssd

i have noticed that after a while , windows 10 idle , starts to consume my cpu for hours

i tried to track it down , i used process hacker
system (C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe) -> treads -> and i found out it's

ntoskrni.exe!cccopywritewontflush +0xb50
what is it?
i googled without luck

NT & Kernel System (ntoskrnl) using High CPU

As suggested, I created a WPR file to log what may be wrong in my system.

The system process is always using up to 20% of CPU, even when computer is idle.

CPU fan not working properly

The fans are always idle no matter how hot the cpu gets, its hottest ive seen it at is 83 degrees Celsius. the cooling policy is active but they always run low idle, they used to speed up all the time now they don't.does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi, could you please post a screenshot of your task manager, making sure the processes that use your CPU most are at the top?

It is "system and compressed memory process", Process Hacker shows it as ntoskrnl.exe, caused me some headache too.

There are various tips, how to fix it, but do not always work, good luck though.

by the way i have noticed the same under w8.1

Hi, noting you've expressed interest in system and compressed memory elsewhere, you can try uninstalling Intel rapid storage driver if you're using it. It substitutes for Windows' management of SSDs, offering RAID features apparently, and supposedly faster access for data intensive operations.

It seems, that the solution is different for each PC depending on installed software, drivers and hardware.
I have basically disabled almost everything, you can check details in my Windows 10 tweaks (in my signature).
If common tips, like turning off Windows tips, do not work, try to disable superfetch, fast startup, action center, etc.

Hi, you may find something useful in these notes which I have accumulated- as TairikuOkami says, solutions are individual - no one-size-fits-all.

That's assuming your problem is related to system and compressed memory- I've not seen your task manager screenshot.

i tried to capture a screenshot , i was not able ,the problem was that process hacker or process explorer don't show which is the process that consume

but i found out this
it starts by the task scheduler
after i used nirsosfware taskschedulerview , and i found out this
these are starting to consume my cpu @20%
task names
RunFullMemoryDiagnostic
AnalyzeSystem
ResPriStaticDbSync
SR
WinSAT

can i disable RunFullMemoryDiagnostic or other tasks listed above?

Have you identified the task scheduler entry that causes this? Interesting discovery.
Can you post the detail of where it is in the task scheduler please.
Might be some sort of maintenance schedule.

Please can you press these keys together:
CTRL + SHIFT + ESC
to display the task manager
Make sure enough processes are visible - say 10 minimum.
Also make sure those using the most CPU time are at the top- click the CPU tab if necessary.
Now press the Windows key + S, and in the box type 'snip'
Using the snipping tool, capture a screenshot of the task manager.
Post the screenshot here using the small icon to the left of the video icon above your post.
