Windows 10: If I change my PC parts will I have to purchase a digital license again?

I'm a PC enthusiast and I like video games so that means I have to upgrade my pc often but I've heard that there is a limit to reactivations, so if I'm going to spend $120 for a license digital and then have to change my pc parts like 3-4 times in the next 4 years I have to pay $120 AGAIN for something I already own? If this is the case then I might consider another operating system since this is an unacceptable business practicePlease let me know, Thank You

Please help if somebody encountered the same problem for reactivating windows 10 Pro with digital license after pc change,it is originally upgraded from windows 7 Pro...Thanks in advance who will reply and give best suggestion!

 

Transfer PURCHASED Digital Licenses to New Device

A year or so ago I bootcamped two of my Macs and purchased digital licenses for them. Before unbootcamping them, I released the licenses. Looking at the "my devices" I still see the two formally bootcamped Macs listed. I'd like to use those licenses on VM
devices. How do I do that? Again, I paid for the licenses - they weren't upgrades - they weren't OEM. They're not in use and I paid retail for them.
