Windows 10: If I click 'Restart' the pc will turn off but not back on again.

Basically the title, if I click 'Restart' or if I update and the computer has to restarting during the update, it will turn off but not back on again, it will turn on to the point of being able to access BIOS but not further. I am able to turn it on again but turning off the power supply, pressing the power button a few times to get any electricity used & then turning it back on again- not an ideal solution in the slightest.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm currently unable to easily update the PC etc.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?

 

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again
