Discus and support If i create a new account will i loose all the videos and pics on my laptop? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot log in to my account because i dont know the password, and when i try to recover the account it doesnt work because i dont have enough details...     If i create a new account will i loose all the videos and pics on my laptop?


    I cannot log in to my account because i dont know the password, and when i try to recover the account it doesnt work because i dont have enough details to answer the questions. I was in the middle of editing a video, and then my laptop updated and Video Editor is no longer a thing- so I can't finish editing the video because it wants me to download clipchamp etc but i cant, because i cant log in to microsoft. My question is: if i make a new account so that I can download clipchamp or similar, will my laptop still contain all of the videos etc that I have saved on to there? Or will i have to
