Windows 10: If I delete the contents of temp & %temp% will I lose my passwords?

I saw some videos on how to speed up Windows over the past week and they mentioned that I should get rid of everything in these folders. I recall having done so in the past but I can't remember what the results were. I want to make sure that if I do it in the future that I won't lose any saved passwords or bookmarks/favorites.

These temp files will not delete

Method 1:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "temp" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.

If the issue persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

• Press Windows key + R key together, to open RUN command Window.
• Type "%temp%" in the RUN Command Window, to open temp folder and then delete the files and folders inside the temp folder.
  

If the issue persists, follow method 3.

Method 3:

I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode, then perform disk cleanup on Windows 10 and check, if it works.

Batch file to remove temp and %temp% useless content?

So it deletes everything which is linked to temp and %temp%?

 

Auto delete %temp% and prefetch folder contents?

When I was deleting the %temp% and prefetch folder contents, I noticed that Windows NEVER deletes temporary folders. I would like an auto %temp% and prefetch folder content deleter in the next update.
