Hi...I need to do a PC reset with my computer as I have a js virus in it and can't get rid of it(keeps coming back-showing up) so thought I could do a PC reset and finally get rid of it but when I clicked the next step and to keep files it told me a list of things that will be removed and my wifi adapter driver is one of the things to be removed in this list so if I start the PC Reset will my wifi be lost during the Reset?I need the wifi adapter to work as that is how I get my internet so not sure what to do at this point and need any help I can get?

If you are having that message while trying to reset your computer, We suggest you to create an installation media for Windows 10 using Media
Creation Tool and perform a Reset.

Once the installation media is created, follow the steps below:

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can use Safe Mode. Select
  Advanced Options >Reset This PC>Remove everything.
• After the reset is complete, check for status.

one never knows how much information to give when the problem is hard to describe. In this case both the phone and laptop use wifi N.

Do you know, in general, if there are any specific steps that will reset a phone's wifi. On the pc one can reset the adapter, but I don't know if this is possible on a windows phone.
