Windows 10: if i do windows clean up will my itunes data be lost

I got a notice my notifications on the far right icon on my task my windows 10 pc laptop and I read the notice and it said most of my third party apps and apps like Microsoft office ETC would be deleted can my data be recovered once lost because I love music and I'm worried if I go through with windows clean up that I will lose my data is there any one who has been I the spot I am in if so your input would be valued
