Windows 10: If I have two computers that share of a Windows account and I factory reset one of them...

Giving my laptop away to someone. Since I already have another computer with all of my data, do I have to worry about losing that when I factory reset my old one. Any help is welcome thank you.

Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!
