resizing and emailing photos from File Explorer with Windows 10

Hi Rob, thank you for your suggestions.

I tried your first suggestion earlier but that didn't help. I did install the image resizer based on earlier threads or searches, and I can resize the pictures but I still have to save them and then attach them to an email but with my previous computer that
had Windows 10, I could highlight the pictures in File Explorer, right click and Send to Email Recipient, and then select the smaller size.

I had not heard of IrfanViewer but will try it if I do not have to save the resized images first to be able to email them.

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
