Windows 10: If I install a lot of desktop themes, the system can be slow down?

I downloaded around 4 gb windows 10 themes, and I curious, if I install all for my system, there will be slow down, lagg problems? My PC: rtx3080 + i7 10700k + 32 gb ram

What error do you receive while trying to download themes?

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

          Right click on the desktop screen and select
          Personalize.
          
        • 
          Select themes from the left side of the page.
          
        • 
          Next select Themes settings.
          
        • 
          Select Get more Themes online.

Installing themes makes N73 ME slow?

Its like a pc. The more you shove on it, the more it will slow down. The N73 is a slow phone anyway, so loading it up with lots of themes will hog resources so I'd avoid installing lots of themes.
