Windows 10: If I paste a form into Word, how can I fill in the blanks to complete the form for printing?

I have scanned a pre-printed Form that has blank spaces to be filled in to my computer. The scanned image came up as a PDF file in my Pictures/My Scans folder which I opened & clicked on the Form file & then selected "cut" from the options. I opened my Word program& selected "Paste" & the Form appeared on the screen in Word. What I need to do is fill in the blanks in the Form & then print a copy of the completed Form on my printer. I cannot find a way to type information into the Form blanks as they appear on the Word screen, to complete the Form for printing. I usuall

When trying to print forms from websites I get only header and footer, not the form

• Do you face the issue only on Internet Explorer?
• From which website are you trying to print forms?

We would suggest you to print using the
Microsoft Edge and check for the issue.

From Internet Explorer try to print the form to an Microsoft XPS Document writer format and check.

Printing Custom Forms

I am trying to print a Tabloid Document (11x17). I have created the new form under Print Server Properties. However, when I open the document to print it, I do not see the newly created Tabloid option under Paper Size. The new form is listed under Print
to PDF, but not under printing to our specific printer. Any advice on how to get printing set up for Tabloid so it can actually print to the printer, not just Print to PDF?

You won't be able to use your Word form on your mobile device....but there is other software you could use instead.

Softmaker Office 2008 might be more than you need for a simple form. I use
Listpro for many of my tick box lists.
