Go to the support page for your laptop on the HP website (linked below)

Then expand the Divers - Network section

In there are two drivers for the cellular connection listed:

HP hs3210 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Drivers

HP lt4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE Drivers

Your laptop will have one of those chips installed on the motherboard, try installing each one, the installers will only install the one that is applicable to your laptop, the other one will refuse to install.

samsung g4 phone

I can not see the the samsung g4 phone on the usb list on my computer tried to do what some have suggested must not have been right still no finding it any ideas??.
