Windows 10: If i press ctrl in any game my screen goes black for about 1 second

When gaming over the last year 95% of the time, when I press ctrl my monitor with the game, goes black, I can still hear everything and know things aren't lagging but I am unable to see a thing for that 1 to 3 seconds, my controls work fine as well, the only issue is the screen.I had theorized that it was from my music player "Foobar 2000" as I had most of my hotkeys set to ctrl+ a few separate things, removing all hotkeys ended up doing nothing.I have my graphics drivers up to date and it has been doing this over the course of many updates, windows drivers are fully up to date, my keyboard, a

• Are you able to log into Desktop?
• Is the issue specific to Ctrl + Alt + Del screen?

Black screen error can occur if the computer is not up to date with all Drivers and Windows updates. Install all pending updates and check if that helps.

Black screen no curser no start up screen just black windows 10

window 10 black screen with nothing for a quick second something will show up but then back to black screen .I tried to wake it up by pressing windows key+ctrl+shift+B and my start up screen with the login will flash for a second then it goes back to black
screen before I can do anything I have also disconnected everything and that didn't help any suggestions would be appreciated thank you
