Windows 10: If i purchase a license for windows 11 from microsoft store, is it possible to ask for help...

If i purchase a windows 11 license from microsoft store for a laptop bought from 3rd party manufacturer ex: thompson, i know also bios is important, is it possible to ask help from microsoft in case my computer has been hacked, as long as i do not install unpaid software and have been preventive with the downloaded files? Does a pay to find hacker team exists? Can i use the information in court if needed? I don't think anyone likes to be hacked if you buy new gears and software.

Is there any way to remove the digital license from the computer?
I formatted the computer and installed Windows with a new license that I purchased but the Microsoft Store continues with the purchase history.

Maybe they didn't have it when you looked earlier, but the Microsoft Store now lists a downloadable Win 10 Pro for purchase:

Windows 10 Pro: Upgrade or Purchase - Microsoft Store

This is for the USA. It may be available from your country. (Or not.)

Hi Guys - I was wondering the same thing, and found this:

• Change purchase sign-in settings for Windows Store
  
  The Windows Store asks for your password every time you buy something. To simplify purchasing and skip the password step:
  • Go to the Store app, and select your sign-in picture next to the search box.
  • Go to Settings > Purchase sign-in >
    Streamline my purchase experience.
  • Turn the switch to On.
    • This will let you buy from the Store without entering a password.
    • Your other devices will not be affected until you change the setting on each one.
    • This setting applies to in-app purchases.
