    So I'm going to build a new computer and I'm gonna use my old ssd and reinstall windows 10 on it will I be able to use the same windows 10 key? or do I have to deactivate? or is it linked to my Hotmail account?

    Reformatting Hard Drives.

    I am in the process of backing up my entire PC to an external hard drive including a system image. After backing up I want to reformat my existing internal hard drive that contains the windows 10 operating system. My question is: Can I reinstall windows
    10 after I have reformatted the hard drive ?

    I downloaded data from a computer with Windows 7 OS to and external hard drive. When I went to load this data on a new computer with Windows 10 OS I could no longer access the data. I tried to resolove with free repartitioning software, but the external
    hard drive cannot be accessed. Is there a way to either reformat the external hard drive, plug into the Windows 10 computer and make sure it is displaying then redownload the data to upload on the new computer or will I always face this compatibility problem?
