Windows 10: If i reinstall windows on my pc will i have to install all my apps and games all over?

Ever since ive built my pc its been slow and annoying. I've recently upgraded my gpu and now it seems to be worse. I'm hoping that if i reinstall windows that the problems will go away. I know for sure that this is not a hardware problem. So do i need to install the apps and games again or is their a way i can keep them

I can't reinstall my previously installed games!!!

It appears that you're having an issue installing your previous games after reinstalling Windows 10. We would like to know if it is only happening when you're installing your games or is it also happening when you're installing an app from Microsoft Store.

Meanwhile, we suggest clearing Windows Store's cache by performing these steps:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe then hit Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
