Windows 10: If I reset my PC, will it restore my original windows that came from my OEM?

When I first booted up my desktop, it forced me to sign in with my Microsoft account. This cause a bit of unwanted behaviour with OneDrive and other services.

I reinstalled windows via the media creation tool to eliminate all the bloat.

Then I upgraded my Windows to Enterprise shortly after from Windows Home. I wanted to setup my PC without the forced sign-in now.

If I reset my PC, will it reinstall all my OEM bloat or only to the point of how it looked after the media creation tool install?

When I click the link it goes to "reset" not "restore" and it says...

That won't do it, I'm afraid. From the tutorial in your link...

Restore factory settings

• This is to do a factory restore on an OEM PC that came preinstalled with Windows 10.
• Reinstalls the version of Windows that your PC came with and removes your personal files.
• Removes apps and drivers you installed.
• Removes changes you made to settings.
• Reinstalls any apps your PC manufacturer installed on your PC.
  
• This option isn't available on all PCs.

 

Windows is not activated following "reset this pc"

Thank you @NavyLCDR, I tried your suggestions but still have the same issue.
@Superfly, My main issue is the fact that sppsvc.exe won't start and throws the Error 5 (Access Denied). I tried changing permissions, taking ownership etc. but still have the same issue.

I guess my next step is another restore :-(. I assume you mean a fresh install because the original issue was caused after I clicked "Reset this PC" option in system settings?
