Windows 10: If I reset my Windows 10, all the drivers and current license will persist?

I want to reset my Windows 10 pro... I just want to delete all I have, programs, games, etc... Erase everything and let it completely empty... My question is If I download the iso image fromhere and then I reset the operative system. When I sign in with my Microsoft account, the operative system will detect my license and also will automatically install all the drivers of my pc? I mean, the ones from Nvidia and Intel?


Also, about the license, if I check the config of the windows, it says that the license is linked to my account, It means, If I do the previews process, the license will be the same?

Windows 10 upgrade license

Hello guys,

I have 1 license of WIndows 8.1 FPP/retail license. I want to upgrade to WIndows 10, but I one thing is unclear to me.
If I upgrade, will WIndows 10 license be retail or it will "turn" into some sort of OEM license?

I ask this because I upgrade my PC, you know, more memory, replace HDD, and I intend to upgrade the MB and CPU to Kaby Lake platform sometime in the future, (and of course sell the replaced hardware)
This thing is not clearly mentioned anywhere.
