    If I try to sign into any Microsoft software it tries to send a code but never sends one.


    For example if I try to go onto word online or sign into anything relating to Microsoft it asks me to log into the email with a password then says "We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, or believe your credentials are at risk." and shows me a small part of my email and tells me to fill in the rest for it to send a code. When I input the email and hit Next, no such code is sent into my inbox in my phone or my desktop. If I choose "use a different verification option" it takes me back to the "To verify that this is your email address, enter it b

    How to send a suggestion to Microsoft about MS Edge.

    I have tried to send a suggestion to Microsoft about MS Edge, however all sites I find are more like forums. Does Microsoft even have something like a suggestion box?

    My suggestion is to allow add blockers to work when in private window. Firefox does this so why not MS Edge. BTW Google Chrome does not either.

    Laptop updated to 1809. Can't get WOL to send out...

    Not sure the topic is exactly accurate. Here's the story:

    • Have been successful sending WOL to 2 other PCs in the house
    • Had problems with laptop and sent to HP. They upgraded it to 1809
    • Now when I send WOL packets the other PCs will not wake up

    Given that it was working fine on those PCs before, and the noted changes are to the PC sending the packet, I'm assuming that my sending PC needs something configured.

    My searches on WOL only find stuff about setting it up on the remote PC so it will wake up.

    Any suggestions about why my sending PC is not sending?
