Windows 10: If I upgrade my old windows 7 pc using a usb will it loose all its stuff?

I have an old windows 7 pc that I wanted to upgrade but it never worked since the computer was never activated. So that’s why I decided that I’ll upgrade it using a USB because I heard that there’s an “I don’t have a product key option” if you upgrade that way. I just wanted to make sure that I’ll keep all my stuff.

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

I am seeing the message that its not good to upgrade windows 7 to windows 10.

If you want to suggest us that buy for a new PC, can we avail exchange offer to replace my old PC. Because its still in good working condition. So that we will be happy of saving some money. 60%+ or more

 

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

i've seen this when the stock USB drivers went kaput. Only ever seen it once - i used a PCI USB 2.0 card and connected the mouse and keyboard to that, and manually updated the USB 2/USB 3 drivers.
