hello, i bought this pc recently and it has windows 11, the problem is that I cannot use facial recognition, it said that it is not compatible, i was searching information about it and i realized that my pc camera usb2.0 hd uvc webcam doesn't have infrared capability, so i wonder if there is any thing i can do to have facial recognition or is it impossible to use it?I would really appreciate if somebody replies me, thank you.

Sounds like a driver issue with the camera: MS requires special IR (infrared) capabilities from cameras for Windows Hello facial recognition to work. You should visit the HP support pages, and make sure you've got the right driver installed for facial recognition.

Does your camera have Infrared?
