    HI, Its a long shot but I'm hoping some kind knowledgeable person would be kid enough to help! have a WD My Passport Ultra external hardrive with lots of irreplaceable photos and videos of my family, the kids when they were young, meeting their grandparents who are no longer with us etc. I thought it was safe on this hardrive but recently we tried to access it and it wouldn't show up on any computers. I asked google and looked around the web and tried various things but I'm completely stuck and would be so heartbroken to lose these memories. I have managed to get it to finally show up in di

    My WD Passport external hard drive won't open. It's listed in device manager and in the properties is listed as "working properly".

    WD passport cannot access the information on the drive

    Hi team before i update my hp pavilion it was windows 7 so my WD passport was working normally, after the update to windows 10 home hard drives does recognized but it does not show up to the drives side, through the settings i can see it connected but
    i can access the information inside of the hard drive
