According to link Microsoft 365 Business Premium service description - Service Descriptions Microsoft Docs,

If we have devices that are licensed for Windows 7 and 8.1 Professional and windows is activated on that devices, then Microsoft 365 Business Premium provides an upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, If we will run the upgrade on Windows 7 & 8.1 pro machines to upgrade them to Windows 10 Pro then:

1. Do we have to procure windows 10 license separately ?

2. Or we can continue to use by upgrading licensed or activated windows 7 or 8.1 pro to Windows 10 Pro and after upgradation we don't have to activate it again and it will show activated automatically ?

What if my devices are not licensed for Windows 7, 8.1 Professional or Windows 10. Will purchasing a Microsoft 365 Business subscription give me a licese to use Windows 10?
