Windows 10: If you are 13 and you leave a family group, will the organisers be notified?

If a member is exactly 13, not under or over, then if they leave the family safety group, will the organisers get a notification?

If a member of the family who is over 13 leaves the group, will the parents be notified?

 

If you can't leave family group below 13 but can above 13 then can you leave the family group WHEN you are 13?

I been seeing this a long time about someone leaving Microsoft family safety above 13 but CAN YOU leave the family group when you are 13? I am twelve waiting to be 13 so that I can use social media.
