Windows 10: If you created a passkey to login to your Microsoft account with Apple

If you created a passkey to login to your Microsoft account with Apple password and passkey feature, does it replace the password? Usually for other on my accounts using passkey, it does. But it seems for Microsoft, it doesn’t unless I got passwordless? I have a hacker trying to log in from various parts of the world unsuccessful login attempts shown from other places. I switched to my secondary less known email. That helps, but still have attempts. I may switch again. I still see login attempts from the hacker using password despite passkey set up. I think I know the answer, but I want to

Windows 8 with 2 Microsoft accounts?

Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.
