Windows 10: If you happen to have the time, please help me!

So my computer genius dad is away from home and I managed to do something to my computer. When I startup, after a few minutes, everything freezes and I have to force a restart. I tried finding a solution online and it led me to a blue help screen with a troubleshoot option, which you can find upon restarting, clicking the power button in the login screen and than holding shift while clicking the restart button. They said I had to click startup setting and then restart to enter safe mode, however this doesn't work, matter of fact, nothing in that blue screen does; the screen fades to black, but it doesn't restart, just stays that way and nothing I do will convince it otherwise, except of course, forcing a restart. So I am on the verge of crying and giving up, does anyone know what to do? All I really did was install a skyrim mod, then the game got slow so I tried to tweak the enb settings and then this happened. Starting to think it wasn't the mod's fault.

Why Oh Why Is This Happening All The Time


Hi peeps, can you help? I run Revo Uninstaller and do a junk scan to remove, er, junk. But I have noticed that this always is in the list despite deleting...




I have tried, to reinstall Mail & Calender as suggested on some forums to no avail. I have also tried to repair the Store Cache as another suggested, but this always stays put. Where is it from and how do I remove it all together? Thank you for your time and expert opinion

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
