    Hello,My One drive account is blocked.I bought space this mornign but I can't access to one drive on my computer and mobile phone.What can I do ?

    Cannot change storage quota

    I have an issue with changing storage quota. One of our users changed license from Office 365 F1 to Office 365 E3.
    Then the storage quota got stuck at 2gb. In nutshell, the license was changed but
    OneDrive storage quota is stuck

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    • The Shared Folder = the folder in my OneDrive
    • Primary OneDrive or OD = your personal OneDrive
    • Secondary OneDrive or OD = my OneDrive
