    WMR Portal error what does code: S0002361-101 mean?

    Hi,

    One of the possible reasons why you're having issues starting the mixed reality portal is because the HDMI adapter you're using is incompatible with Windows Mixed Reality. In order for us to better sort things out, please answer the following questions:

    • Can you provide us the complete version of your Windows?
    • Is this the first time you had issues starting Mixed Reality?

    As an initial recommendation, please visit this support
    article     and search for the error code you're getting. It will provide you a list of supported and recommended HDMI to mini display port (DP) dongle.

    window mixed reality can not play top-bottom VR file. i can only play side by side VR

    Hi,

    There could be an error with the sensors. Have you had this issue before? When did it start happening? What changes were made to your device that could have affect this?

    In the meantime, you may check this
    article     to reset your Environment. Refer to the following sections:

    • Using Windows Mixed Reality > Your Windows Mixed Reality home > How do I reset my home's furniture and app placement back to default?
    • Getting started > Set up Windows Mixed Reality > Set up your room boundary.
    • Troubleshooting > Graphics Driver.
