    IFLA File .ifla Ransomware

My laptop Inspiron 3543 infected with IFLA File .ifla Ransomware. Tried, looking in task manager for suspicious programs, apps, services, start-ups and in control panel for any suspicious software ,apps, updates, but didn't found anything, My files are infected with extensions IFLA File .ifla & not able to restore. I keep some files on my external seagate HDD for safer side & backup, but that too is infected. Please help in removing this ransomware & restoring my files to original files.

    :)
