    Is my game reinstallation works fine without IGFX _win_101.1191 installed? But i have intel R display adapter in device manager.

    Hello,

    I am unable to control the brightness of my laptop screen and further troubleshooting has the above message.

    Other details are as below:

    Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3EA0&SUBSYS_08FA1028&REV_02\3&11583659&0&10 had a problem starting.

    Driver Name: oem52.inf

    Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

    Service: igfx

    Lower Filters:

    Can anyone please guide me on what could be going wrong in here.
