  1. Ignore special characters input to use shortcut in VSCode

before recently whenever i typed [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[N] on my laptop keyboard in VSCode, I could use the `run code` feature of the code runner extension, and now from nowhere whenever I type [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[N], its typing ṇ, which I'm definitely not looking for.on searching how to disable typing ṇ, I found this Ignore special characters input to use shortcut in VSCode - Microsoft Community, so I did copy its title [as I'm having the same issue], I'm using Windows 11 so I couldn't find the same settings. However, I found this in my settings under Time and Language < Typing < Advanced Keyboard Sett

    E71 special character text input

I am interested in buying an E71, but I need to be able to input Scandinavian characters.

Will the Chr key shortcut work with any firmware / phone version, or only some? The German version of the phone has no
Chr key. I can't find any shop here that has a demo phone I could try out.

Can someone confirm that with a typical E71 with German keyboard, it is possible to input characters such as ø or å?

    Thanks for your feedback!

Turning off keyboard special characters shortcuts

Let me rephrase the question in case it wasn't clear:

How can I turn off special character shortcuts? I prefer using alt-codes.

Ignore special characters input to use shortcut in VSCode

    Special characters get activated automatically

    Hello all,

I'm using a laptop powered by Windows 10. In the last few days, I've seen my keyboard switch to special characters (like ') without any external input.

Luckily, I've found that using fn + NumLock solves this problem but after a few seconds/minutes this problem occurs again.

I don't know what's causing this problem. Can anyone suggest a method where I can turn this shortcut off completely?

I don't want to replace my keyboard yet. Ignore special characters input to use shortcut in VSCode :(
