Windows 10: IISv10 non-admin permissions

I've been trying to give non admin users permissions to manage IIS on one of my servers. I have followed the following steps in IIS Manager:-On the server I have enabled remote connections.-On the site add the IUSR_machine name group to the IIS Manager Permissions.-In Feature Delegation enable Authentication - Windows as Read/Write.-Enable Windows Authentication.-Give permissions on the security tab of the IIS Manager folder to IUSR_machine name.In addition to these steps, I have tried to do it with the domain user directly and it hasn't worked either, it gives me an error Unable to connect t

Hmm, strange thing. I uninstalled v0.24 and installed v0.23, which works fine. After I read your advices, I installed v0.24 again and "Voila!", it starts in PowerUsers (non-admin) without errors/complains.

Fix permission problems after administator account getting access to non-admin home directory

I had two accounts on my windows laptop, where both are microsoft accounts (rather than local accounts) and one is admin, the other is non-admin.

I made some trials and many of them are by wrong methods. Currently I just deleted the non-admin user from settings and manually delete the C:\Users\non-admin directory. However I cannot remove the directory of winget, not even from winget, and should I clean regedit as well?

Additionally, since I still want to add a non-admin account, so I still wish to know:

1. How to get access to non-admin home directory (C:\Users\non-admin) from my admin account, without changing the owner and so that no influence of the files inside? [I tried to just click the button of "access with admin previledge"(might be), however using powershell from non-admin account, the permissions of all files inside were changed. And thus I even could not use ssh, because of no permission of reading ~/.ssh/config)]
   
2. Is it possible to manually change the permission back after access with admin previledge? Note that I have some applications which can be used by both users but with different data. e.g. both can use wsl, but the data of linux are different. [I tried to change the owner of C:\Users\non-admin, by manage -> security -> advanced. I also clicked "replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object" button, and when there are some errors, I clicked "skip". However these processes seem of no help and make things worse.]
