Windows 10: I'm a little confused with something simple, help is appreciated nonetheless

So basically when i go to storage settings and click on the 'other' folder it shows me 828mb, but when i open it i see three folders, those being AMD/Documents/Searches. But adding the size of each folder ends up less than 828mb.

I remember seeing an NVIDIA folder there some days ago, why did it dissapear? Is there a way i can actually see the folder there again? Because i would like to be able to see exactly what is using my space in the future too, instead of the folder telling me its size is something and when i try to know what exactly it doesn't show me

Hello, it's been a couple days. So I decided to get back at the effort of resolving this, but I'm so confused on how to perform the steps you have listed above even though the list looks pretty simple and self-explanatory. Is it possible to go a little bit more in depth and explain it like you're talking to someone who has no experience doing something like this? That would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
