Windows 10: I'm already on Windows 11, and yet my PC "does not meet the minimum hardware requirements...

Here's something quite hilarious. I'm already on Windows 11, and yet when I try to join the Windows Insider Program, I got a message saying that my PC "does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11"Here's my Windows 11 system information, can anyone take a look at it?Maybe my upgrade path is a bit special and deserves to be mentioned: I was on a laptop. But then my old SSD with Windows 10 died on me, so I got a new one with Windows 11 on it. So how? Can I still use Windows 11 as usual on my laptop with new SSD?

Why does Microsoft make this statement in such a way to exaggerate the statistics?

100% - 1.52*(100%-99.8%) = 99.696%

Thus, devices that do not meet the minimum system requirements are 99.696% crash free.
