Windows 10: I'm beyond frustrated! I cannot reach MS. Major problems with popups. 5 days and cannot...

I have tried to reach MS through chat and phone for 5 days now. Reached them once but they just gave me instructions and it didn't work.The other 4 days I was on hold for over 4 hours and they responded around 2 am. I stay up late, but NOT That late. I have never had this problem before. Ever. One day there was 350, next 240, and now it just spins and says someone will be with me shortly. Even asking for return call.....that was 3 hours ago.I need HELP! I can't get rid of the popups that keep saying I have viruses. I have upgraded my windows, ran defender, did everything I can do. The

I believe you, it is ideed frustrating. Then again everything that involves calling support is frustrating. Is your problem solved by now or what will be the next steps?

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware

And I would start with Step 4, resetting your browser

Are you telling me that I have to take steps to individually block every single one of these damn pop-ups? There must be hundreds.
