Windows 10: I’m completely stuck

    I’m completely stuck


    I’m stuck in a never ending loop where it brings me back to the option to troubleshoot or shut down the pc. When i go into trouble shoot i only have 5 options: Startup Repair, Command prompt, uninstall updates, system restore, and system image recovery. I tried them all and the only one that worked was command prompt. I am completely lost. I have no idea how I got into this situation either. What do I do?

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I’m completely stuck :) Best regards.
