Windows 10: I'm constantly getting memory_mangement_error blue screen errors

Besides being disruptive it's also causing me to lose progress as sometimes corrupts the After Effects file I'm working on so I have to seek an autosave backup. I'm using Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Premiere Pro CC extensively for my university project. I'm getting the crash once or day or more : I tried sfc scannow and memory check.System Model: OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0xxx NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit 22H2 update up to date Processor: IntelR CoreTM i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processors Installed Physical Memory RA

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day
