Windows 10: im currently having a problem with my pc where the screen goes black and "crashes" but the...

ive tried to see what he problem is already and found that its not overheating, a windows update didnt fix it, driver update didnt fix it. i also checked my problems log and found this 0x00000113 0x0000000000000019, 0x000000000000001, 0x00000000000010de, 0x000000000000248 also saying windows stopped working. if anyone knows how to fix this it would be great, instead of having to turn my pc off and on again every 30mfor more information im using a prebuilt hp 30l witha ryzen 9 5900x and a 3070ti, 16gb ram

PC goes into black screen and froze

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
