Windows 10: im dumb please help

so when im in the minecraft launcher and i click sign in with microsoft, i cant choose an email or phone number because microsoft shows some pin on my brothers minecraft account i used before. i cant use the account because he got mad and changed the password, i bought minecraft and created my own. i dont know how to make the windows security popup begone

Well I dumb then! Thanks for your imput!!! Microsoft went to he** after Gates stepped back. I got punk for a phone and again dummmmbbbb. If somebody makes it right Ill hook them up and thank them with ahhhh cash. Yet Im out of hope

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
