Windows 10: I'm facing this problem which there's no box to fill the password..the sign in method...

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions regarding the query:

• Dido you check if you are able to enter the password using On-screen keyboard?
• Does the issue with cursor occur only at the login screen?

The On-screen keyboard is located in the Ease of access center located at the bottom left corner of the lock screen.

Keep pressing the Tab key on the keyboard until the box to enter the password is highlighted and check if you are able to enter your password.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to
  Start button and select the top most search result.
• Click on View all from left side panel of the screen.
• Select Hardware and Devices, click on
  Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2: If the issue persist, uninstall the mouse drivers manually from the
device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows key + X, and click on Device Manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices option.
• Right click on the mouse driver and select Uninstall option.
• Restart the computer to reinstall the device automatically and check if the changes are effective.

Best method to disable Vista/Vista 64 driver signing?

It's not a matter of "try". The bcdedit command is not fully consistent and reliable for some folks.

So far, to me, it seems the third choice always locks (disables) the driver signing. If that is the case for anyone who uses it, then that would suggest it is the more reliable and consistent method of the ones I've listed, anyway.
