Windows 10: I'M GETTING A BLUE SCREEN ERROR

ON AN HP desktop computer with windows 10. The error is stop code: KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION. CAN I GET THIS FIXED WITHOUT LOOSING MY HDD PROGRAMS AND FILES?

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day
