Windows 10: I'm getting an error code 0x8007025d when trying to install windows 11 to a m.2 ssd

So I have 2 m.2's in my rig they used to be in a raid zero with a previous issue with windows 10 i figured to upgrade to 11 so I broke the raid and formatted both drives, and whenever going through the windows installation from the creation tool usb it gives me that error im working if its possibly something with my msi bios and I know the tool works as my older sata ssd was able to have windows 11 installed on it no issue but when I wiped everything and attempt to choose either of the m.2's its just that exact same error

SATA SSD and M.2 SSD

i was with a ssd sata and now i have ssd m.2, i formatted and put windows 11 in m.2, but i did not remove the ssd sata, i can only boot windows with the ssd sata connected, if i remove it windows does not boot to m.2



obs: windows was installed on m.2 but the ssd sata was still connected, but windows was 100% installed on m.2, is there any way I can set m.2 as primary? (when i removed the ssd sata it did not recognize windows)

Windows 11 Installed on m.2 not booting

I installed Windows 11 on an m.2 SSD. I launched into it and was using Windows 11 for over an hour. I restarted the PC, and now the SSD with Windows 11 is not showing up as bootable media and the PC will not boot into it.

 

Standard NVM Express Controller driver error m.2 ssd not detected

So at the moment I have two m.2 SSD's installed in my pc. The 250gb one is what I am currently using. However, I want to use a Corsair mp510 2tb gen 3 m.2 as well but it cannot be detected in BIOS or Windows. Then I looked in device manager and the Standard NVM Express Controller driver states this error:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred.
How can I try and fix this? I spent days trying to get the SSD to work after building the pc, until I decided to get another m.2 to install windows onto. The motherboard is an x570s tomahawk max WIFI. Also I am sure it's an issue with the SSD as it didn't work in the other m.2 slot either.
