Windows 10: I'm getting charged for something that doesn't exist, how do i cancel that payment ?

I just received an e-mail stating that a subscription is going to pass through and take EUR 20.00, on the 02/08/2024. I don't know what it is about. How do i cancel ? How can i even see what it is about, there is nothing in my account page.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Fring with Skype - cancels calls

Hi,

it doesn´t work, even with the international code. If I use a + sign or 00 doesn´t make any difference. Whenever I want to start a SkypeOut call to any of the contacts in my contact list, it gets cancelled after a few seconds.

Can anybody help?
