Let me start by saying I'm not an IT professional so please be patient. My office is using a server and our computers are setup as work stations. I think I remember our IT guy saying we have a "domain login" and we are only supposed to use passwords to login. I'm a big ole dummy and setup windows hello for facial recognition / pin to login to my computer in the mornings. Everything was working fine for about 6 months. I decided to use remote desktop from home to login to my office computer and since that point in time I'm now getting errors saying I need to "verify my account". The error seems

while linking m gmail to my live.com account I received a message from Microsoft account team saying that they noticed I was trying to access my account from a different location. they blocked my account only on my phone and I cant receive emails. they
said to verify my account but didn't say how

• When you say that "verify my account", are you trying to verify old live mail address on the computer? Are you trying to verify the device in the user account settings of Windows 10?
• When you say that "I sign in to my Microsoft account with my outlook.com e mail and password", are you signed in as Outlook.com account or Live mail address on the computer? Which account is configured as user account on the computer?
