    I’m getting extremely frustrated with windows installation and activation issues


    I recently bought and built a custom PC, and bought a windows 10 Home digital key. I started it up, installed windows 10 pro on accident because I had an issue with my product key and couldn’t remember if I had Pro or Home. I then tried to activate windows and, obviously, ram into issues activating pro with a home product key. I tried to reinstall windows, and it installed windows Enterprise automatically.

    Now, flabbergasted, I went to the Windows Help online chat and got help from a lovely man who was very confused as well. We ended up at the conclusion I need to clean install windows 10 Home from a newly made installation key on a USB.

    Confident I am past my issues, I thank the nice man and set off on my new adventure. I load the BIOS and change the boot priority so the USB loads first. I get to the install menu and start through. It accepts the product key! But it won’t allow me to do the recommended installation, forcing me to do the “custom” setting because my computer had loaded windows 10 already. I am then informed by a pop up that my EFI is in NTFS or whatever, and that I need it to be FAT32 for it to install. WHAT.PNG?!

    I find a guide to format my Hard Drive in FAT32 and do that. It take 4 hours. At the end I am told via the command box I am viewing that the formatting has failed because the hard drive is too big.

    I’m about to move off the grid at this point. I really need help.

    Is there anything I can do to alleviate my issues? Please?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

    Windows 7 wont install drivers

    If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
