Windows 10: im getting File system error -2147163901 whenever i start my laptop and ERROR 0x8004E103...

Hello,Whenever I restart my computer I get the File system error -2147163901 message. I don't know why I got it. Now, whenever I try to use some apps they don't work and if I go to the Microsoft store I get a message that says an error happened on Microsoft's end. The error code was ERROR 0x8004E103. This problem has affected my Xbox app, Spotify, and the mail app. I have scoured the web for all the fixes I could think of ranging from trying to fix the problems but the multiple forums I have checked have led me now where. Error message "File system error (-2147163901)" in Pictures

I cannot open individual items in "Pictures" with error message "File system error (-2147163901)" . Photos will not open at all though it is installed and has been reset. I am using Windows 10 Home on a PC. Any suggestions?

The File system error (-2147163901) you're receiving when trying to open a photo might be due to a variety of reasons. One of which is due to a corrupted system file.

When did you start experiencing this problem? What were the recent changes made before this started to happen?

Have you tried running the Windows Apps Troubleshooter? This can find and repair problems with your Windows applications, including your Photos app. Just click the
Run troubleshooter button from here.

If the issue persists, let's reset the Photos app:

• Press the Windows + I keys from the keyboard to launch
  Settings.
  
• Click Apps, then Apps & features from the left pane.
  
• Locate and click Photos app.
  
• Click Advanced options, then click the Reset
  button.

If it still didn't work, you may uninstall the app by following the first 3 steps in resetting it, then click the
Uninstall button. You may reinstall the Photos app by downloading it from the
Store app.
