I'm getting KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD from time to time

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e 0xffffffffc0000096, 0xffffe58a2e818014, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a8fe2157-06b2-480d-ad1e-c7d22d1bbe00.I recently built a new gaming pc but I'm getting this error, I noticed this has only happened while using the browser and doing simple tasks and surprisingly, I have never had this error while gaming. I have tested the GPU with cineb

    BSOD kmode_exception_not_handled

Today I was playing left 4 dead 2 and suddenly got a BSOD with the following message: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
I immediately used dm_log_collector hoping it would help resolve the issue.
I had a previous BSOD long time ago but it was different and never had it again and for that they suggested to run memtest but I haven't had the time.
Also my PC used to reboot itself but it turned out it was an issue with my mains power (it is already fixed and it hasn't happened again).
edit: Could it be a RAM issue?

  3. Constant BSODs (system_service_exception, kmode_exception_not_handled)

Dealing with near daily BSODs when running intensive software or games. It usually doesn't crash until its under decent load (newer games, rendering, etc.) I have not overclocked my GPU or my CPU. The BSODs I most often get are system_service_exception,
    kmode_exception_not_handled, and kernel_security_check_failure.

Another post insisted I ran "Driver verifier." I was able to get the DRIVER_VERIFIED_DETECTED_VIOLATION bsod almost instantly (twice), but neither time did it list the bad driver.

I've provided a link with the downloaded to the dmps, along with msinfo32 and my specs.

I'm getting KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD from time to time

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on fresh install. Safe mode works fine.

    Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.508)Attachment 297834
    Error: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
This is a fresh install of windows. The only thing that has been installed is the video card driver & software.

Note: I can only run windows in normal mode for a couple minutes before I get BSOD. The included log .zip file is while I am in safe mode. I DO NOT GET BSOD IN SAFE MODE.

    Things I have already tried:
    • Uninstalling then updating my video card drivers.
    • Clean boot.
    • Removing any unnecessary hardware e.g. web cam, card reader
I still hit the same error every time. Sometimes the BSOD comes in a few seconds, other times I can use my PC for up to 10 minutes before getting it. Usually it is sometime in 3-5 minutes after logging into Windows.
Originally I was getting this BSOD error and in my troubleshooting I made things worse to the point my drive would not launch windows and all repair attempts failed. So I gave up and used my other hard drive and did a fresh install of Windows. I am getting the same error that I was before, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.

I have done various troubleshooting steps but am willing to start from scratch to narrow down if this is hardware and if so what piece of hardware.

For context here is some of the programs I have tried and the summarized outcome:
    • Driver Verifier - No issues
    • sfc - corrupt files detected that were unrepairable (CBS LogAttachment 297844)
    • dism - no corruption detected
