Windows 10: I'm getting the 0x803F8001 error code, (meaning it apparently isn't available in my...

I can not use it anymore; when I try to open it, it gives me the error message. Specifically

"Xbox Game Bar is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001".

I've had this computer, using the same store account all the while, for almost 3 years, and nothing like this has come up. I tried signing in the store again. I've tried repairing the app. I've tried restarting my computer. Nothing I've tried has worked. I honestly don't care about having Gamebar, Nvidia Gforce is better, but the error pops up even when I don't try to open it, and I can't uninstall the damn thing so it just gets in the way all the time.

If anyone has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Ok, so I followed all the instructions. I tried everything. I am thinking it's time for Microsoft to step up and fix this error.
