Windows 10: I'm getting the 0xc004c008 error

So I recently built a pc and then installed windows in it. I bought the Windows 11 and got the product key, keep in mind that I never used the key except for setting up Windows 11 on my new pc. It says that the product key has been already used but I never did.

You don't say how or where you got Windows 8.1 Pro from..
