Windows 10: Im getting the Msg No Devices Connected. so II so I have no sound on my device. what...

when I try to watch a Video on my jump drive there's no sound. I try to true on the sound and it's telling me no sound devices connected.

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?



For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >
  Bluetooth.
• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

  Have you check the properties of your device in device manager? Kindly post a screenshot of the status in of the

You can try to run the
Playing Audio
and
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
to do an automated fix on this matter. To run the troubleshooter, follow these steps:

Playing Audio:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Chose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Playing Audio
  to run the troubleshooter
  

Hardware and Devices:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Chose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices.
